The renter must provide proof of an active insurance policy in the primary renter’s name. The policy must provide collision, comprehensive, and liability coverage that transfers to your rental.

Yes, we require a security deposit when renting any vehicle in the fleet. The deposit amount is specific to each vehicle and can range anywhere from $1500 – $5000. Cash deposit retainers will be returned after the rental period if no damages are incurred during the term of the rental. If any damages are found once the vehicle has been returned we will provide you with an onsite evaluation and deduct it from your deposit.

You must be at least 25 years of age to rent from us. You must not have any severe moving violations and/or DUI cases on your record. If so, there is a possibility your rental agreement and or reservation will be denied. If you are under the age of 25 you may inquire with us for more information. 

All cancelation, regardless of reason, can only receive 60% refund. We strictly adhere to this policy. The cancellation fees may be waived at our discretion for unforeseen events such as weather and/or natural disasters. 

Each reservation comes with 100 miles per day. If you surpass those miles you will be charged an additional $4.00 per mile.

Fuel:

The refueling charge for a rental will be $5/gallon. The renter is responsible for all tickets or violations issued while the vehicle is in your possession. The renter is responsible for any penalties, fees, towing charges, or impound costs.

Tolls:

Tolls are charged as a $15/day flat fee and are collected from security deposit at the end of rental period. 

Driving Tickets:

Each driver is responsible for their own driving citation’s and driving tickets.

Parking tickets and red-light cameras: The renter is fully responsible for any parking citations, and red-light camera tickets during the rental period. 

Towed Vehicle:

Any towing charges or damages incurred during the rental cycle will be deducted from the deposit and/or billed to the client. The client can continue the rental after the charges are paid and the vehicle is released. 

Yes.

Returning a rental late will result in penalties + proration time. 

We charge the full amount of the rental in advance or on the day of the rental. Once a vehicle is reserved we are not allowed to rent the vehicle during the days of your rental period. If you cancel early you will be given a credit for future rentals in the amount of days left during your rental period.

No. However you are required to follow all federal and state laws and drive responsibly.

We have a 2-day minimum on weekends, and yes in the rental industry Friday is considered a weekend because the demand is considerably higher. However, we can offer a non-guaranteed 1-day rental on weekends depending on availability.

You are not allowed to leave the state of Florida or travel beyond 100 miles from our office unless consent is given from the management. Below are some scenarios that are not allowed by Ecstasy Exotics Car Rental:

• for any illegal purpose or in connection with any illegal activity
• to exceed any posted speed limits
• in any racetrack or road course
• by anyone not licensed to drive or whose Driver’s License has been suspended or restricted to carry persons or property for hire
• to push or tow anything
• to teach anyone to drive
• on any unpaved surface

But reserving a car in advance requires full payment up front with a credit card. You can then pay with cash at the time of pickup and we’ll refund your original payment.

All payments cards must have a chip and be attached to a bank account matching the name on your rental agreement. 

At Ecstasy Exotics we take great initiative to providing an exceptional experience to our clients that rent our premier luxury vehicles. We offer Free Delivery within 15 miles of our office And Full Tank of Gas. We are a 24hr service, which makes it easy for us to accommodate you on your ever-changing schedule and those last-minute trips. 

We advise our clients to allow us a 1 and a ½ hour window to make deliveries. Although we strive to maintain our 99% perfect track record for reservation accuracy, however we rely on the previous renter to get to our location safely. Unfortunately, sometimes accidents/delays do happen, sadly, booking a rental with Ecstasy Exotics does NOT guarantee your vehicle selection, make & model, time frame, price, availability or any other detail.

We reserve the right to amend your reservation at any time, with or without notice. (But we will always do everything in our power to ensure you have the BEST POSSIBLE experience.
