Words truly don't capture the experience that Bak & Nicole provided at Ectasy Exotics! The entire process from beginning to end far exceeded any expectation that I imagined. From the start of my rental search, I encountered several agencies that never answered the phone & only sent stock texts, or others that rushed me off of the phone & gave very breif info about the rental process. I became discouraged, but continued a google search, in hopes to find a luxury vehicle to sport while on a recent girl's trip. I found a google ad for Ecstasy, followed the link, and the rest is history! I spoke with Bak about my inquiry regarding vehicle availability, pricing/fees, contractural responsibilities, and the rental process. He provided detailed information & thoroughly answered all questions. I did not hesitate to pay my reservation fee for a new, upgraded YELLOW LAMBO URUS (SUV)!!! Bak sent a contract that was straightfoward and fair. No hidden fees, no "gotchas", only terms that fairly described renter's responsibilities. There wasn't anything stipulated that you, yourself, wouldn't expect if you were renting YOUR $300K+ vehicle to someone - simply put, drive responsibly, return the car the way you got it, be safe, AND ENJOY THE EXPERIENCE! Bak touched base to time his arrival to my hotel with the vehicle, so that I wouldn't have to wait around. He arrived with his business partner, Nicole, a car enthusiast, like myself, who was ultra cool, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. These two are truly an outstanding duo in this industry - they know their stuff, they are friendly, and they AREN'T PUNKS EITHER! Their energy is super positive! Working with them reminds me of personal shopping at Saks or some high-end store that makes you feel like the money you spend was worth it -VALUE! They hooked me up with the best valet personnel at the hotel & assured me that I could work directly with them - I received quick 5 star service from my hotel valet, even with constant ins & outs all day & night. I had a small hiccup with Chase Bank, being a visitor out-of-state, at the time my payment was due. Both Bak & Nicole were patient while I called the bank - no rushing me, no hassle, no pressure. They did not have to do that. They could have easily declined my rental and moved on, or pocketed my reservation fee and canceled my contract. Instead they behaved like HUMAN BEINGS SHOULD, and gave me some time to work the kinks out with the bank over the phone. Who does that in this industry???? The photos of the car did no justice to its look in person! OMG it was beautiful! The car was spotless inside & out. We did a walk-around to video record & time stamp any small scratches that preexisted (like finding a needle in a haystack, truly). Both of them walked me through the functions of the car, as well. I was encouraged to call or text anytime if I had any needs, questions, etc. (They also offer concierge services, as well). The car turned countless heads and rendered endless compliments all weekend; my friends and I loved the ride, the upgraded sound system and all of the luxury features. THE URUS IS A MUST DRIVE! When the rental was over, Bak and Nicole met me back at he hotel. I was a bit late - but kept them in the loop - COMMUNICTION IS KEY. We talked for awhile, went over the vehicle's condition, and my deposit was returned instantly on the spot, because I drove it with care, not like a Sentra from Hertz! The entire time I felt as if I were doing business with my friends. We talked, shared experiences, even had a drink together - PRICELESS SERVICE THAT IS RARE WITH ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTION. DON'T HESITATE TO WORK WITH THEM-YOU WILL BE ECSTATIC! They've gained a lifetime client! THX!

Nicole and Bak helped me out during a lot of my trip they made sure I had everything that I wanted and made sure I had a great time. They made everything a lot easier for me and all of my friends and family had a great time. 10/10 recommended, their hospitality is Amazing definitely will come back to them soon

All I can say is WOW! What an amazing experience it was and a pleasure to work directly with the owner in renting my dream car (Lamborghini) while vacationing in Miami. Bak went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with booking the vehicle. Please be careful when booking! I was almost scammed by a different company!! I can say from first hand experience, that I would not trust anyone else other than Bak for any future high end rentals. The car was immaculate, and meticulously detailed. Bak and his business partner also went out of their way to get us a reservation at the Versace Mansion and even bought our group a bottle of champagne for our dinner. I can’t say enough good things about this company. If you’re wanting to check off renting a dream car from your bucket list, I promise you this place will not disappoint, and you will be happy you worked with Bak at Ecstasy Exotics. As a first timer renting a Lambo or even driving one at that was amazing! Had such a great time! It was fast and simple renting. Everything was explained and detailed. Last but not least customer service was A1 thank you so much to Bak for everything!

Amazing customer service! I cannot say enough about how professional and accommodating Ecstasy Exotics are. I was able to get the Lamborghini I needed for my event. Pricing was great and the car was perfect! Excellent communication with Bak. The white glove service I received, made the experience even better. I will definitely be renting again!
